Food and Health from Antiquity to the 21st Century
For several years now, the Institute of Legal History and the School of Health Law have been working together
to exchange perspectives and explore societal issues.
This year, the two research institutions have come together around the theme
“Food and Health, from Antiquity to the 21st Century”
From ancient dietary practices to contemporary public policies, food lies at the heart of issues
related to health, society, and national and international legal standards.
This seminar brings together healthcare practitioners, stakeholders from the medical-social and healthcare sectors,
representatives from associations, field workers, and faculty members with a shared goal: to shed light,
through interdisciplinary collaboration, on the major food-related challenges of both the past and the present.
