The objectives of these 2-day symposiums will be:
► to provide an understanding of a tool that is little known and raises concerns, in its technical, ethical and managerial dimensions,
► take stock of current thinking and projects concerning AI in the field of justice at European level, and more specifically in France, Italy and Germany,
► try to anticipate foreseeable changes in the administrative trial and the function of judging.
