Artificial Intelligence in Administrative Proceedings
The objectives of this two-day conference will be:
► to provide an understanding of a little-known tool that raises concerns, in terms of its technical, ethical, and managerial aspects,
► to take stock of current discussions and initiatives regarding AI in the justice system at the European level and, more specifically, in France, Italy, and Germany,
► to attempt to anticipate foreseeable changes in administrative proceedings and the role of the judiciary.
