Artificial intelligence in administrative proceedings
The objectives of these 2-day colloquiums will be:
► to provide an understanding of a tool that is little known and raises concerns, in its technical, ethical and managerial dimensions,
► to take stock of current thinking and workstreams concerning AI in the field of justice at European level and more specifically in France, Italy and Germany,
► to try to anticipate foreseeable changes in the administrative trial and the function of judging.
