Artificial intelligence in administrative proceedings
The objectives of this two-day conference will be:
► to provide an understanding of a little-known tool that raises concerns in terms of its technical, ethical, and managerial dimensions,
► to take stock of current thinking and projects concerning AI in the field of justice at the European level and more particularly in France, Italy, and Germany,
► to try to anticipate foreseeable changes in administrative proceedings and the function of judging.
