Change of school "Departure"

Would you like to continue your studies at another university?

For any request to change schools "of origin," you must:

  1. Download and print the school change (transfer) form
  2. Upload the the receipt from the University Library (BIU).
  3. Forward the request to the Registrar's Office for review and signature by the Dean:
    – Undergraduate Programs
    – Graduate Programs
