Before filing a complaint, you should contact the registration office of your department, as they may be able to provide a quick and simple answer.
Only if that is not the case should you fill out the “Complaint”form, detailing the steps you have already taken.
You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt at the email address you provided on the form.
