This event, scheduledfor December 1 at 5:30 p.m. at the Montpellier Faculty of Law and Political Science, aims to highlight the complementary nature and missions of various actors involved in occupational health prevention and the improvement of working conditions. Representatives from the following organizations will be present: Aract Occitanie, Carsat LR, Ensante (occupational health and safety service), DDETS de l'Hérault, social partners from the Departmental Observatory for Social Dialogue, and an employer who will share his experience. All of these speakers will present how their actions are coordinated through two concrete themes that illustrate their work:

1. The implementation of structured actions in a given area, resulting from partnerships focused on the prevention of psychosocial risks.

2. The role of social dialogue in job retention, demonstrated through an example involving companies, social dialogue stakeholders, and institutional stakeholders. The aim is to provide a clear, accessible, and practical overview of the resources available in the region to assist employers and support employees and their representatives in order to strengthen occupational health prevention measures within companies.
