This event, scheduledfor December 1 at 5:30 p.m. at the Faculty of Law and Political Science in Montpellier, aims to highlight the complementary roles and missions of various stakeholders involved in occupational health prevention and the improvement of working conditions. Representatives will include: Aract Occitanie, Carsat LR, Ensante (occupational health and safety service), the Hérault DDETS, the social partners gathered within the Departmental Observatory for Social Dialogue, as well as an employer who will share their experience. All of these speakers will present how their efforts are coordinated through two concrete themes that illustrate their work:

1. The implementation of structured initiatives in a given region, resulting from collaborative efforts focused on the prevention of psychosocial risks.

2. The role of social dialogue in job retention, illustrated through an example involving companies, social dialogue stakeholders, and institutional actors. The goal is to provide a clear, accessible, and actionable overview of the resources available in the region to assist employers and support employees and their representatives in order to strengthen occupational health and safety initiatives within companies.
