MASTER'S DEGREE IN APPLIED PUBLIC LAW

► MASTER'S DEGREE 1st YEAR

Each year, the selection process for the first year of the Magistère (MDPA1) program is open to students with a Bachelor's degree from anywhere in France, provided they are enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at the University of Montpellier. The process begins in May and ends in June, when interviews are held.

The selection criteria are the students' overall results, particularly in public law subjects, but particular attention is paid to motivation and the coherence of the professional project.

► MASTER'S DEGREE, 2nd YEAR

In exceptional cases, students who hold a bachelor's degree but who were not enrolled in the first year or who can demonstrate special circumstances may apply. Applications are reviewed by the Academic Council. Admission to the second year of the Magistère program is open to students from all universities, provided they are enrolled in one of the master's programs (of their choice) offered by the Faculty of Law and Political Science.
